  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 1–2 business days
  • North, South, Bekaa & other regions: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
